Robert (Bob) Mochel

Since 1995, Mr. Mochel has successfully assisted investors in locating new sites while participating actively in the building process of constructing strip malls and retail centers.  Bob's past experience as an electrician and heating and cooling contractor facilitates a clear understanding of industrial clients' needs.  Bob continues to help customers fulfill their business plans, whether it be leasing or purchasing, in and around the St. Louis metropolitan area.  When he's not attending and participating in horse shows with his wife, Chris, Bob generously donates time to "The Squirrels," a local non-profit organization assisting the less fortunate.

Mr. Mochel is an active member of Vision St. Charles, the St. Louis and National Board of REALTORS®, as well as on the Advisory Board for St. Louis Bank.
