Jim Furkin

Since graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1974 with a BS in Business Administration and an emphasis in Real Estate & Finance, Mr. Furkin has been a licensed broker/salesperson in the State of Missouri. His successes have been in assisting investors and developers in site acquisition for many well recognized multi-family and commercial developments in the St. Louis area. In addition to his real estate career, Jim has a strong background in commercial financing. In his spare time, Jim enjoys writing and recently released his first novel.
